Initial Disclosure Document
What is an Initial Disclosure Document?
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent regulator of financial services. The FCA require us to provide you with a document called an 'Initial Disclosure Document'. This document provides information about us, the products we offer, the services we provide, what we charge for our services, who regulates us and what to do if you have a complaint.
Who regulates us?
Armstrong Nationwide Ltd t/as 360 Funding is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 656618. You can check this on the FCA's website www.FCA.gov.uk/register or by contacting the FCA on 0300 500 8082.
Which service will YOU BE PROVIDED WITH?
We offer a non-advised service, meaning we cannot give you advice or a recommendation on products. But in assessing your application we will ask you for information to enable us to identify your needs and present a selection of products relevant to your requirements. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed. You will receive a pre-contract agreement known as the Standard European Consumer Credit Information (SECCI) which will detail the Terms & Conditions of the product you have chosen and advise you about any other fees and interest relating to the product.
What products do 360 FUNDING offer?
We offer a limited number of finance products from a selected panel of lenders, on a non-advised basis, meaning we can’t give you advice or a recommendation on products. These products can be viewed in more detail by accessing the following link on our website www.360funding.com/products, alternatively you can request a copy to be sent by email or post. We would advise you to view these to ensure you are satisfied that the product you have chosen meets your requirements.
Armstrong Nationwide Ltd t/as 360 Funding is a credit broker not a lender.
What will you have to pay us for our services?
We do not charge a fee for the introduction to the finance provider; however, we will receive payment from the credit provider for introducing you to them and we will also pay a commission to the introducing supplier or partner. The amount both parties receive could vary by credit provider, which may be a higher amount in relation to certain products compared with other products available. The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. However, the amount of commission that we receive from a lender does not have an effect on the amount that you pay under your credit agreement. We run a number of different commission models depending on the arrangements that we have agreed with the lender and in turn agreed with our supplying introducers. The commission received is either a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow, which means the payment we receive may vary depending on the amount you borrow and the term the loan is borrowed over. This may also mean that the more you borrow the more the introducer is paid. Our commission, or that of the introducing supplier/partner, will not influence the interest rate that you will pay with a lender. Please read our Commission Disclosure document for further information.
